My name is Jemma and I run Sapphire Skies. I started my business during lockdown (not ideal time!) as it was something I had wanted to do for a long time and most importantly I needed a job to work around my 3 small children. It was an exciting but nervous time but thankfully it has paid off and I have met so many wonderful customers through the sweetcart hire and through making confectionery gifts.
We really enjoy the creativity of coming up with ideas and working on customer requests and themes and always aim to help with your special occasion in the best way that we can. We cater for dietary and cultural requirements.
We also collaborate with other local businesses who offer products and services that work alongside ours and have been honoured that other local companies have stocked our products in their salons and offered our confectionery as part of their own business packages.
